Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? Before you start, talk to us. Most returns come down to fit, and more often than not we can help, the right size, a different cut, or a steer on how it's meant to sit. Email info@sirplus.pro and we'll sort it with you.

If you'd still like to go ahead, you can start your return or exchange below.

Enter your order number (beginning with "SP") from your confirmation email and select the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll then send your return label and instructions.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, you'll get an automatic notification. We process returns within 10 working days, after which you'll receive email confirmation of your refund. Refunds can take a further 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Return shipping is £2.95, deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free, so you can swap for a different size, colour or style at no cost.

Prefer to do it in person? Bring any item to one of our London stores for a free return or exchange, no postage needed.
